When we began working with Megan, we wanted Sienna to develop good sleep habits and needed help with her naps, and we weren’t quite ready to transition Sienna into sleeping in her own room at night yet. Megan listened to our needs and worked with us to prepare a custom plan to help Sienna. Her naps improved drastically and we dropped to only one night feeding, per the plan.

When we finally moved her into her own room, in two nights she was sleeping 12 hours straight! She was ready to drop that last night feeding before I was!!

She is an angel to put down for naps and at night, both for her parents as well as any other caregivers. Easy Peasy!! Thanks Megan!!

Sleep Philosophy
My sleep philosophy is that all children (and mommas!) need restful sleep, and so my goal is to help children learn independent sleep skills so that they can fall asleep on their own and stay asleep through the night. I will help develop a customized sleep plan that aligns with the family’s wishes.
