This program and Megan changed my life! It hard to put into words what Megan means to us after going through her program. To start I had been suffering from different levels of postpartum depression since my son was born.

My son was a terrible sleeper which meant I didn’t sleep.


Before the program my typical night was rocking my son to sleep (at varying times each night) which took about an hour, and then he would wake between 3-6 times a night. And had to be rocked or nursed back to sleep.

On day 1 of this program, it took Mikey 28 mins to PUT HIMSELF TO SLEEP in his crib. He woke up once that night and put himself back to sleep after nursing. By day 4 he was putting himself to sleep in less than 8 mins and sleeping about 11hrs a night. A skill all kids must learn, just like we teach them to eat and walk.

Sleep Philosophy
My sleep philosophy is that all children (and mommas!) need restful sleep, and so my goal is to help children learn independent sleep skills so that they can fall asleep on their own and stay asleep through the night. I will help develop a customized sleep plan that aligns with the family’s wishes.
